Five men posed in uniform. Lt. Tuten is at far left. Copy print. The Biscayne House of Refuge was located at 72nd Street on Miami Beach. In 1941 the government gave the land to the City of Miami Beach in exchange for land on Causeway Island for a new Coast Guard facility. ( en )
