This text explores the current activities that are in place to prevent Sea Level Rise in South Florida, as well as the current implications of the rising levels. Among the implications listed are direct landscape impacts, flood control in urbanized, coastal watersheds, and saltwater intrusion into freshwater aquifers along the coast.
