The paper is being prepared as part of the federal dredge and fill regulatory process, which is taking place concurrent with the Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement. The objective of the completed paper will be to provide reasonable assurance that the benefits of the hydropattern restoration componenets of the Current Plan of the Everglades Construction Project clearly outweigh the potential adverse impacts.
