Biographical:
Proposed development centered on Onion Key, about ten miles up Lostman's River, and including sections 3, 4, 9 and part of 16 of T56S R31E. In 1925 the Tropical Florida Development Corporation began to sell lots and construct a few buildings, but it failed within a few years. Loren Smith was one of the many investors.
