Scope and Content:: A Navy float on the 100 block of Duval Street passes the bank building. One sign on the float reads "US Naval Station Supply and Fiscal Dept.". A woman in a white dress and crown rides in front of a cornucopia holding wrapped packages while holding on to a ribbon connected to a model ship.
