Deco Plaza (715 5th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139) was originally developed as the Motel Lindburgh during the 1930`s, and then later the MacArthur Hotel. After a major fire in the 1970`s, the building was condemned. The building was rehabilitated as Deco Plaza. This profile indicates the funding, timeline and principal partners for the project.
