Clarence Walker Tomlinson might well be called Miami Beach's busiest "doctor", for an affairs financial he has cured many municipal ills and eased many of this city's taxpayers pains. Tomlinson first came to this community in 1907 when the spacious ocean stretches and bay shores were barren wastes After meeting Carl Fisher he became the first city clerk. ( en )
