- September 21, 1984 - Blue & white letterhead 8 ½ x 14 Miami Beach News Release titled "Beachfront Park and Promenade" Dedication Ceremony Fact Sheet, History, (Ground was broken on May 26, 1983), general information, landscaping, contract award, beach restoration, ribbon cutting and sponsors of grand opening. June 1, 1984 - CMB letterhead, black print, double sided page titled Project Profile dated June, 1984 with Island View Park map on the back.
