Pancoast, the son-in-law of John Collins, the second mayor of Miami Beach, and first president of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. The "Firestone Estate" was demolished in 1954 and the Fountainbleau Hotel was built on this location; the Pancoast house is now occupied by the Seville Hotel. |
