Notes
General Note:
Written on verso: " PUCKER UP:…. The dromedary (one-humped) camel is perfectly adapted for desert life, with eyelashes that protect against wind-blown sand, closeable nostrils and thickened lips to withstand coarse plants. Although it doesn't store water as legend relates, a camel's hump is composed of fatty tissue, and it increases or decreases in size depending on the nutritional state of the animal. the new Miami Metrozoo is cageless, featuring open, natural exhibits which simulate each animal's native habitat.
