General Note:
This letter reveals that Historic Virginia Key Beach Park suffered "considerable" damage from Tropical Storm Fray in August 2008. Forchion explains that the park's bathhouse facility leaked water from its roof, the concession stand suffered a roof leak and damage to its aluminum shutters, and the carousel suffered damage to its aluminum shutters as well. Forchion also notes that the3/4 of the one mile beach suffered beach erosion from the storm.
