Abstract:
Several former players at the 2008 Larry Little Legends Golf Classic Pairings Reception. The annual tournament benefits Virginia Key Beach Trust. From left to right: Ken Houston (beige shirt), Charles Babb (white shirt), Elvin Bethea (black shirt), and Nat Moore (black shirt), and Bobby Bell. Ken Houston played safety for the Houston Oilers and Washington Redskins from 1967 to 1980. He was a 12-time selection to the Pro Bowl and was enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1986. Nat Moore played football at the University of Florida in the early 1970s and later played 13 seasons for the Miami Dolphins. Bethea played defensive end for the Houston Oilers from 1968-1983. He was selected to the Pro Bowl 8 times and was enshrined in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003. His 1973 16-sack season still stands as the best in Oilers'/Titans' history. Charlie Babb played safety for the Miami Dolphins for eight seasons, including the undefeated 1972 season. Bobby Bell played linebacker and defensive end in the NFL for over a decade with the Kansas City Chiefs. He is a Super Bowl champion and was selected 3 times to the Pro Bowl. He has been enshrined in both the College and Pro Football Hall of Fame. ( en )
