I, Mary Brickell, owner of the lands described in the attached instrument, do hereby certify that i have caused the said lands to be subdivided in the manner show on the above plat. The streets, avenues, boulevards and alleys, as shown are hereby dedicated to the public as thoroughfares, reserving to myself, my heirs , administrators or assigns, the reversion or reversions thereof whenever discontinued by law.
