Photo of nose art on a UH-1D Helicopter used for recovery missions. These recovery ships were nicknamed "slicks". This one belonged to the 56th Transportation Company.

On back side of photo: Bell Helicopter Textron [stamp]; 002742; 56th Trans Co. Recovery ship UH-1D "Rice Paddy Daddy" this is a very famous bird had [arrow] in yellow on tail boom ahead sync elev.; "Good Nature"
