Abstract:
Members of the 242nd Chemical Platoon unload the 3090 sprayer from a UH-1D helicopter nicknamed "Zorba the Gook", Chu Lai, Vietnam. During the Vietnam War, defoliation was accomplished through the use of herbicide, agent orange.
