Abstract:
The Water Resource Users Association Development Cycle (WDC) is a transparent process designed to provide technical and financial support for community based activities in water resource management. The process compliments other funding systems (Community Project Cycle [CPC] and Urban Projects Concepts [UPC]) which provide support for improved water and sanitation services in rural and urban areas.
