Sketch showing plan section and position of a proposed cistern and proposed points for sluices through the counterscrap wall. The full black lines show the portion of the foundation now laid. The wall is completed from its commencement on front No. 1 to near the curve joining fronts Nos. 4 and 5 with the exception of the coping.
