Abstract:
Confirming a conversation of September 16, 1997 to discuss the failure of Larry Weiser to comply with commitments to distinguish the historic Military Trail access to Arch Creek state archaeologic site/ county park from the customer parking for his commercial development, by striping and signage. Arch Creek Trust states that a solution to the problem of confusion to the public about the availability of Park access from Biscayne Boulevard would be to reestablish the historic Park Boulevard access at NE 139th street.
