|a Access issues to Arch Creek Park had been settled by the easement agreement and commitments between the Trust, the City, and the developer Larry Weiser for signage and striping the right of way. Part of the easement agreement involved the historic entrance to the access road was relocated from the traffic light entrance at NE 139th Street, to a driveway entrance to the south. Now neither the City of North Miami Beach nor Larry Weiser have complied with the agreements regarding signage and clear designation of the access road to the Arch Creek Park. Arch Creek is requesting to investigate this matter. |
