Attached a plan of historic roadway on the Old Dixie Highway right-of-way, which extends from Biscayne Boulevard and runs south to the Arch Creek Park property. The City of North Miami Beach offers to work with the Arch Creek Trust and the adjacent property owners to preserve and maintain a permanent public vehicular easement fr to the north gate of Arch Creek Park.
