Updates him on the Trust efforts to preserve and enhance the National register Arch Creek site through the preservation of the Historic Arch Creek Road (Military Trail) public Right of Way. She is enclosing copies of records documenting the status of a proposed resolution on the access problems created by the proposed plan for redevelopment of the abutting properties supported by the City of North Miami Beach.
