Historic designation of Arch Creek Military Trails requires that the Historic Preservation Board must review plans for a Certificate of Appropriateness before they can be implemented. Plans need to show access to Biscayne Blvd and parking at that access. Arch Creek Trust request that Dade County Parks review this matter and obtain control over this access road to the Arch Creek Park
