Under Chapter 119, Public Records Act, the Trust requests copies of any resolution, petition or other action by the City of North Miami Beach to vacate, close, or abandon the right of way that was part of Old Dixie Highway (Military Trail) from the north boundary of the Arch Creek Park to NE 139th Street and Biscayne Blvd. If such action was taken, it would be subsequent to January 23, 1973
