Abstract:
Application for a Department of the Army permit for a project to be located in the wetlands of Little Arch Creek in Sections 28 and 29, Township 52 South, Range 42 East, North Miami, Dade County, Florida. Applicant proposes to place 6,000 cubic yards of clean fill material over 1.13 acres of wetlands to construct a residential housing development. As mitigation for the wetlands to be filled, the applicant proposes to scrape down 1.3 acres of uplands to wetlands elevation and plant mangroves
