Notes

General Note:
Complex of several buildings near a beach and the Lantana bridge in Manalapan, Florida. Built in 1952 by Spelman Prentice, the club was visited by a rich, jet-setting clientele. Expanded in the 1960s with a residential community, the club was foreclosed on in 1984. It was then razed and rebuilt as a Ritz-Carlton, then the Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa.
