Underneath is a handwritten label: "It's Frank." Frank Law Olmsted Jr. (1870-1957) was part of the firm Olmsted Brothers, Landscape Architects of Brookline, Massachusetts, which was hired to layout the town of Kelsey City.
Kelsey City was a planned community in Florida, established in 1920, but failed in 1928. It changed its name to Lake Park in 1939. |
