General Note:
Man standing in front of large sign stating "This is Kelsey City a new city in the making fronting on beautiful Lake Worth on the [?] a real opportunity for huge profits on your investments. Call or write Kelsey City sales office." Underneath is a handwritten label: "It's Frank." Frank Law Olmsted Jr. (1870-1957) was part of the firm Olmsted Brothers, Landscape Architects of Brookline, Massachusetts, which was hired to layout the town of Kelsey City. Kelsey City was a planned community in Florida, established in 1920, but failed in 1928. It changed its name to Lake Park in 1939.
