Scope and Content:
Michael Comras is President and CEO of the Comras Company, a prominent commercial real estate development firm. Comras came to Miami Beach in 1992 after seeing the enormous potential for growth in South Beach. He developed projects on Lincoln Mall with Gap and Nike, creating street oriented stores incorporating their Art Deco features. He discusses the need, as he sees it, for the blending of residential and commercial properties to create balance and sustainability.
