General Note:
Young boy, walking up the stairs to the beach, in a pirate costume. Label reads: "Larry Leathers, age 4 of Boynton Beach, won best costume for his age group during a treasure hunt at Oceanfront Park in Boynton Beach. The hunt was sponsored by the City of Boynton Beach Recreation & Park Dept. About 50 kids were involved in the hunt. The kids dug up painted rocks that were exchanged for gifts."
