Jensen emigrated to the U.S. in 1892 and arrived in Boynton in about 1909. His farm, "Denmark Gardens," was located near the present Boynton Woman's Club, and was intersected by Dixie Highway. He grew tomatoes and operated a fernery, but he also grew many exotic plants from around the world; his specialty was crotons. He was also known for his classical music collection, which he shared with the community. He died in 1932. Photo published in the Miami Herald, 21 April 1924.
