Marla Zant, Beverly Avery, Sharon Lumpkin, and Sharon Kindred preparing for the Teen Fashion Show, as part of the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce Festival '69, sponsored by the Fountains Department Store. Published in the Boynton Beach News Journal, 1969-03-06 Historical note: Each year in March during at least the late 1960s, the Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with other local organizations, would put on a Festival, featuring a parade, the Miss Boynton Beach Pageant (sponsored by Boynton Junior Women's Club), agriculture day, contests, and other events.
