General Note:
Three uniformed "Hoover Girls" in front of the Stetson University dormitory Chaudoin Hall. Hazel Daugharty Houston on left. Historical note: In WWI, the United State Food Administration was created, headed by Herbert Hoover. One of its main initiatives was to encourage food conservation. "Hoover Girls" educated the public on food conservation techniques.
