Notes

General Note:
Letter sent to Mrs. W.S. Jennings, updating the information that was provided in her earlier letter about James M. Wilcox's doubts towards the project. Coe mentions that he believes that there has been a shift in the support provided for the Everglades Appropriation Bill, as Wilcox is doing everything in his power to remove any restrictions towards the park bill. He notes that with this support from Wilcox, the bill can hopefully be passed by the Florida Senate, hence increasing President Franklin D. Roosevelt's approval. Coe also addresses more private family matters towards the end of his letter.
