General Note:
Letter sent to Thomas J. Pancoast from Mrs. Jennings, explaining Governor Cone's request of the Park Commission to send in their resignations. Jennings believes the reason to be overstaffing and the $4,000 salary given to the executive chairman (Ernest Coe). She pushes for Pancoast to call a meeting to discuss the meeting minutes, and come up with a better executed budget.
