General Note:
Letter from Mrs. Jennings responding to Ernest Coe's letter of June 30th. Jennings advises Coe to cut stenographers' positions due to lack of funding. She also lets Coe know that due to the resignations Governor Coe has called for employee cuts. Jennings also mentions that until the Commission can get meet and get a budget approved by Cone, the project and its' funds are at a halt.
