General Note:
Crowd of people in front of the Woman's Club building. Handwritten on back: "Boynton Woman's Club at dedication of cornerstone. Mr. and Mrs George Boynton in foreground who with other heirs of Major Boynton donated $35,000 for the building. Designed by Addison Mizner cost of $60,000, built by Heaton and Adams 1925." Historical note: The building, a Mediterranean Revival style at 1010 South Federal Highway (US1), was designed by Addison Mizner and built in 1925. In 1979, the building was listed on the National Historical Registry. The building was acquired by the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency in 2017.
