General Note:
Two women, Capt. Jane Hall on left, standing at Chamber of Commerce event booth for the Sea Mist Marina. Fishing equipment and images of fishing displayed. Label on pamphlet display: "Hello, my name is Janet Hall." Historical note: Janet Bush Hall (1917-2014) was one of the first female boat captains in South Florida, and was co-founder of the Sea Mist drift fishing business in Boynton Beach, Florida in 1956. With her husband, Hall purchased what is now Boynton Harbor Marina, named it Sea Mist Marina, and made it into a full-service marina with boat storage, fuel and repair services.
