Abstract:
Designation Report for the Oscar Dooly Residence, located at 1291 N.E. 96th Street in Miami Shores, dated March 12, 1984. Built in 1929, the two-story Mediterranean Revival structure features an irregular plan with one-story projections, open loggia enclosed with wrought iron grillwork, Spanish barrel tile, and various architectural details. The report highlights the property's association with Oscar Dooly Jr., a prominent realtor and community leader, and Marion Manley, the first woman architect in Miami. ( en )
