Abstract:
Landmark Fact Sheet and supporting documentation for the property located at 577 N.E. 96th Street, Miami Shores. Constructed in 1925-26, the two-story structure is an example of an Italian Villa adaptation to the Mediterranean Revival style, designed by architect Walter DeGarmo. Also included is an article in “Great American Home Awards 1995” awarding third prize for Deborah Fabian Strelkow’s landscaping on the home. ( en )
