Landmark Fact Sheet, Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, and related documentation for the property at 940 N.E. 95th Street, Miami Shores, known as the Col. J.P. Musgrave House. Built in 1932 and designated in 1984, this two-story Southern Colonial structure features wood frame construction, a gable roof with shingles, rectangular plan, three dormer windows, a two-story porch with squared columns, double-hung sash windows with shutters.
