Notes

Abstract:
Designation Report for the property located at 1008 N.E. 94th Street. It was built in 1937 by architect George Coffin and builder M. R. Harrison. The owner at the time of the report was William S. Potter. The two-story Southern Colonial structure features masonry/wood construction with an asphalt shingle hip roof and horizontal board and batten wood siding. Significant architectural elements include double-hung sash windows, non-functional board and batten shutters, and a single-story addition (1980) to the west side. The property is part of the earliest occupied area of the county and has archaeological potential due to its historical significance dating back to the 1873 Barnott Homestead. ( en )
