Notes

Abstract:
Landmark Fact Sheet for the property located at 313 N.E. 92nd Street, Miami Shores, dated February 15, 1984. It describes a two-story Mediterranean Revival structure with Mission influence, built in 1927, featuring masonry/stucco construction, Spanish barrel tile roofs, and altered windows replaced in 1963. The property, significant for its architectural style, was part of the second phase of the Miami Shores subdivision's development after the 1926 hurricane and has served various roles, including a rectory for St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, before becoming the home of Donald W. McIntosh. ( en )
