Abstract:: Designation report for the property located at 152 N.E. 92nd Street, Miami Shores. Constructed in 1925-26, this two-story Mediterranean Revival structure features masonry/stucco construction with a Spanish barrel tile roof that duplicates the original. The T-shaped plan includes a combination of hip and gable roofs, with notable architectural elements such as new double-hung sash windows in metal frames that are compatible with the original design, sculpted masonry decoration, and a distinctive bell-tower chimney.
