Notes

Abstract:
Landmark Fact Sheet for the Fowler House at 300 N.E. 91st Street, Miami Shores, built in 1924 by Posey & Goll for Mr. & Mrs. L.N. Conrad. This two-story Mediterranean Revival home features masonry/stucco construction, an octagonal entry tower, Spanish tile roofs, and a sun porch, showcasing a distinctive blend of architectural elements. The east wing, housing a residence above a double garage, connects to the main building via a flat-roofed section. Architectural highlights include cast masonry detailing and a second-story rear porch supported by wood brackets. Managed by First State Bank of Miami for Mrs. Gertrude Fowler in a trust, the document underscores the home's architectural value to Miami Shores. ( en )
