Simmons Residence at 257 N.E. 91st Street, Miami Shores, FL, with a comprehensive examination of the property which was constructed in 1925-26 in the Mediterranean Revival architectural style. The report details the residence's architectural features, including its L-shaped layout, masonry and rough stucco facade, and Spanish barrel tile hip roof, complemented by extensive landscaping.
