They are, left to right, Marion B. Arnold and Walter G. Earnest, new council members, and L. C. Childress and Julian B. Frix, reelected members. Mayor W. M. Stockdell is the hold-over member of the council. Judge Holt, extreme right, submitted his resignation as attorney for the town, due to his judicial position, at the induction session.
