The oral history interview with Rajee Narinesingh offers a glimpse into her life as a transgender woman of color. She shares her experiences with transphobia and homophobia, her concerns during the AIDS epidemic, and her path towards self-acceptance and advocacy. Her story illuminates the persistent challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, especially transgender individuals, underscoring the importance of continued efforts toward understanding, acceptance, and equal rights.
