Abstract:
This oral history interview presents Chauncey Morrison's narrative as an African American gay man living with HIV. Diagnosed in 2006, Morrison shares his personal journey of confronting and overcoming societal stigma, embracing his identity, and advocating for HIV/AIDS awareness and education. His story illuminates the challenges and resilience of marginalized communities while shedding light on the broader social and cultural dimensions of HIV/AIDS.
