View of Palm Island from causeway and Clarence Busch residence. Clarence M. Busch (1859-1943) was a realtor and former State Printer of Pennsylvania, and he moved to Miami from Philadelphia in 1915, where he developed Palm and Hibiscus Islands. The architect was likely W.F. Brown
