Abstract:: Photos include: August 3, 1966 Aerial view corner of Pinetree Drive and Arthur Godfrey Road, showing the Sunset Motel and Apartments and Moulen Rouge Motel. The Miami Beach City Council on October 12 should decide whether this choice corner site, on Arthur Godfrey and Pinetree Drive, will remain zoned for single family residential estates or will be rezoned to permit the construction of a 14 story, 350 family high rise.
